The Set Up was a great book. I could not put it down. It had me hooked from the first page, and I was done reading it in a day. But then it was so good that I had to go back and read it again. Ameena’s character really grew on me and I could actually feel her every thought & emotion.
I read “Down Chick” about a year ago and just had to know what ended up happening to everyone in the book. I had said that if there was ever a sequel, I had to have it! So, a few weeks ago, I was at book signing for another author from Cincinnati named Kole Black, and he actually told me about “The Set Up”. So I ran right over to the shelf and bought it. Mallori McNeal & Kole Black happen to be two of my favorite authors, so I had to show her some love, even though I was at his book signing.
Anyway, if you are looking for aA HOT SUMMER NOVEL, go pick up a copy of “The Set Up”. You wont be disappointed!
