PAYBACK IS A MUTHA by Wahida Clark
August 26, 2008 by Daniel · Leave a Comment
Brianna and Shan couldn’t be more different. From her $1200 weave to her closet full of Gucci, Prada, and Chanel, Brianna believes men were born to bankroll her lifestyle. Shan likes to make his own money by working for a living at a men’s prison – and prefers Sean John, Baby Phat, and Fubu to Jimmy Choo. Still, despite appearances, Shan and B are sisters where it counts – or so they think…
For B, lying is part of the hustle, and the hustle is what gets her sex, clothes, cars – pretty much whatever she wants. She couldn’t care less who gets hurt along the way, as long as it isn’t her. But it’s one thing to hustle tricks, and quite another to betray the one person who really cares. When one of B’s schemes goes too far, blood is spilled – and Shan is caught in the crossfire. Now, with friendship and lives on the line, Brianna’s got one last chance to change her ways – or suffer the consequences…

LAKEDA: A KISS OF EROTICA by Stephanie Johnson
August 18, 2008 by Daniel · Leave a Comment
Seduction. For some, it’s an art, but for Lakeda, it just comes naturally. She has the magnetism to attract anyone she desires – man or woman – and a sexual appetite that knows no fulfillment. Lakeda can go on for hours, titillating and teasing everyone in her path. And it doesn’t matter on bit that people are getting hurt by her games. To Lakeda, it wouldn’t be entertaining without a little pain to go with the pleasure!
Then she meets Brian, who loves sex just as much as she does. When the two of them are together, they generate some serious fireworks. But while Lakeda is envisioning a future with this fantasy man, Brian is making plans to give her a taste of her own medicine.

August 8, 2008 by Daniel · Leave a Comment
A twisted serial killer with a taste for cruel and unusual punishment is terrorizing New York. Tough-as-nails Bronx police officer Sissy Dickerson can’t hide her growing desperation to catch the so-called Pink Heart Murderer – and neither can her best friend and rookie journalist, April Davis. A story this perversely gripping could be the big break she’s been waiting for…
For Sissy, finding the killer is about seeking justice. For April it’s success. But for River Burlington – the Pink Heart Murderer herself – it’s all just a game… and if Sissy and April can draw any closer, she may just up the ante… and send them all hurtling toward an explosive climax that no one can see coming.
