THE CLIQUE by Brandie
The first rule when trying to survive in prison is to find people who are going to watch your back. Sometimes alliances like this are made in the weirdest situations. For Mo, Royal, Emil, and Ascada, the last place they wanted to be was in prison together, but as fate would have it, they all became inmates of the Walsh Facility for Women. As different as they all are, they do have one thing in common – Kemp. Kemp is known on the streets as a hustler with nothing to lose. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself, and that included the children that he’s fathered with three of the women who are locked up.
But when Kemp gets arrested by the Feds, all sorts of the drama jumps off, putting the girls in a situation that they can’t get out of alone. The last thing any of the girls wanted to do was “bury the hatchet” and be friends, but they will have to in order to get out of alive.

THE AFTERMATH by Anna J.
If you thought having a threesome could wreak havoc on a relationship, Monica from My Woman His Wife is back to show you why even the mere thought of a ménage a trios with your spouse and an outsider should never enter your imagination.
It’s been three month since the Cinque household has been turned upside down by a sexual tryst gone terribly wrong. Although Jasmine and James are making moves to put their broken home and broken hearts back together, past lies and a lack of trust make it almost impossible to salvage what was once sacred. It’s even harder when a conniving woman like Monica is throwing salt in the wounds from the sidelines because she hasn’t gotten what she wants.
Old family secrets are revealed and half truths are exposed as marriage vows are put to the test, painful memories are relived, and revenge is at the top of everyone’s list. Drama, betrayal, and lust are all found on the pages of The Aftermath – when once just isn’t enough.

With a criminal record, finding employment becomes a job in itself for Jamal. His best friend Dawg pushes him to contact an old cocaine connect. Dream attempts to keep him from the life of crime that eventually reels her in as well.
Living in a world filled with unprotected sex, violence, payoffs, disloyalty and drug dealing, Jamal becomes the focus of a man hunt. Vowing to never return to prison, he decides he will hold court in the streets. He soon learns how some things can be caught…without a chase.
This multi-plotted suspense novel will bring reality far too close to home.
